Planned, organized and managed the course schedule and graded the B3 module.
Recruited faculty to teach the various courses offered during B3.
Worked with the ECC, the module administrative team, course faculty leads and leadership to manage and administer the B3 module.
Gave the introductory lecture regarding expectations and requirements during B3.
Recruited and worked with Dr. Joshua Duncan and Dr. Justin Peacock to include course on AI ethics and a workshop on AI in post-clerkship in B3. Developed and administered a survey to students to identify AI related topics that would be most critical for advanced clinical rotations based on student experience during clerkship rotations and shared that with the course directors to develop the AI course and workshop in B3.
Recruited and worked with COL (Dr). Jeremy Edwards to incorporate Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) as a course in B3.
Worked closely with CO2026 class president and academic representatives to manage class and address questions and concerns raised by students.
Closely collaborated with Dr. Ashely Maranich, Associate Dean for Student Affairs at OSA to incorporate 6 professional development courses in B3.
Worked with Dr. Lisa Moores, Ms. Amy Laczek and Mr. Colin Montgomery (SIM Center) to schedule OSCE during the B3.
Managed student expectations and addressed student concerns throughout the course.
Worked with Dr. Erin Koelling, Co-Director for B3 to develop the end of the module survey focused on overall goals of B3 and session specific feedback and with Ms. Jajuana Delatte in Dr. Moore’s office to administer the survey to the students. Shared session specific feedback with respective faculty to improve the session for the next iteration of B3.
Presented the B3 curriculum plan to the ECC Post-clerkship subcommittee prior to B3 and with a follow up end of the module review of B3 to assess if curricular objectives were met.
