Biography
Dr. Amy Hildreth attended the University of Maryland, and was selected for the Navy Health Professions Scholarship Program to obtain her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and holds an appointment as Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians.
She separated from the Navy after six years of active duty service and joined the Faculty of the Uniformed Services University as the Clerkship Director for the Department of Military and Emergency Medicine.
During her military service she held academic roles at Naval Medical Center San Diego and Walter Reed National Military Center, as well as operational roles from her deployments to a Role 3 in Afghanistan as well as with a mobile Role 2 stationed out of Bahrain.
Dr. Hildreth has an extensive background in simulation and education, she completed her Masters in Health Professions Education at the Uniformed Services University in 2023.
