Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith, MD, MBA is currently serving as Director of the Leader and Faculty Development Fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center. She is a general pediatrician by training and has held a variety of academic and administrative leadership roles within graduate medical education and healthcare administration in addition to her clinical practice. Dr. Smith is passionate about pediatric population health in primary care, interprofessional quality improvement and leader development.
