Research interests

Dr. Eldhose is involved in basic science and translational research in prostate cancer towards the exploration of prostate cancer associated genes such as ERG and androgen regulated gene. His specific goals are to determine the key elements of prostate tumorigenesis and to develop new drugs for the precision treatment of prostate cancer. He specializes in drug development and has made important contributions in developing precision medicne towards ERG regulated prostate cancer.

Biography

Dr. Binil Eldhose is an Assistant Professor and a Scientist at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine in support of the Murtha Cancer Center Research Program (MCCRP) and the Center for Prostate Disease Research (CPDR). Dr. Eldhose holds a Research Assistant Professor academic appointment at the Uniformed Services University (USU), F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, in the USU-Walter Reed Department of Surgery.
