Biography

Dr. Christina Schofield, MD has been part of the Madigan Family since 2010. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Medical Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  She attended Internal Medicine Residency at David Grant Medical Center after which she served as the Chief of Internal Medicine Residents. She completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at San Antonio Military Medical Center after which she served as the first ever Infectious Disease consultant to the Commander, USAFRICOM.   She completed her military time in the United States Air Force Reserves in 2016.  Dr. Schofield holds a faculty appointment at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and is the chair of the Clinical Competency committee within the residency program.
