Leads MHS' premiere Global Health (Distance Learning) Graduate Certificate Program, including 350+ global students, three international partner countries, and three inter-agency partners.  Advises USU/USAF/DoD on joint health security cooperation competencies in support of the DoD Global Mission.  Departmental course director for two high visibility (MHS senior leader) classes.
