Biography
Dr. Karl C. Alcover is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine with research interests in injury-related long-term health outcomes, substance use, and mental health outcomes. He graduated from Michigan State University with a PhD in Epidemiology in 2018. Prior to arriving at USUHS in 2020, he was a post-doctoral research associate in substance use research at Washington State University in Spokane. Dr. Alcover was also a graduate of Biology from University of Hawaii – Manoa.
