Dr. Shank is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology at the Uniformed Services University. She earned her PhD in Medical Psychology from Uniformed Services University in 2019. Dr. Shank's research broadly focuses on the relationship between stress and health across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on disordered eating and weight. She conducts research in both military-affiliated and civilian populations.
