Biography

Dr. Piotr Wisniewski was born in Pszczolki, Poland in 1986.  He moved to San Diego, CA in 1997.  He attended San Diego State University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biology and a minor in religious studies.  He earned his medical doctorate at the Uniformed Services University where he graduated with the Navy Surgeon General’s Award.  He completed internal medicine residency and infectious disease fellowship training at Naval Medical Center San Diego.  He remains a physician, educator, researcher, and leader in the US Navy Medical Corps.
