Biography

Dr. Tasha Wyatt is a professor and co-Institute Director of the Val G. Hemming Institute for Scholarship in Health Professions Education and Simulation at the Center for Health Professions Education at Uniformed Services University. Her interest includes the study of race, ethnicity, and culture, and the ways these elements intersect with educational systems. Areas of research include the professional identity formation of racially minoritized physicians, strategies for professional resistance in medicine, and the use of critical theory to identify cracks in our social systems.
