Description
Objectives: Determine the effect of the Military Health System (MHS) consolidation under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2017 on a) utilization and cost, b) quality of care, c) health readiness, and d) unwarranted variation in utilization and cost, and quality of care to provide credible and relevant information to providers and other key stakeholders in the MHS for decision making, the delivery of care and better resource allocation.
