This project investigates the structural and functional consequences of pathogenic mutations in the RYR1 gene associated with malignant hyperthermia. Using genomic datasets, bioinformatics analysis, and experimental models, the study explores how RYR1 mutations contribute to altered calcium signaling and potential links to cancer susceptibility.
