Abstract

A 17-year-old with multi-year history of shortness of breath and dyspnea on exertion was diagnosed with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and mixed complex/diffuse right lower lobe (RLL) pulmonary arteriovenous malformation (PAVM) (Fig. 86.1). Originally, the patient was referred for curative right lower lobectomy. However, the patient, family, and surgeon declined surgical intervention, leading to embolization.
