Abstract

The anion transport blockers such as sulfinpyrazone, suramin, pyridoxal phosphate and probenecid induce inhibition of platelet release and aggregation. The mechanism of preventing cardiac death after myocardial infarction by the use of eg. sulfinpyrazone is discussed. (Lisiewicz, Cracow, Poland).
