Abstract

Germ cell tumors of the testis is the most common testicular malignancy. However, practicing urologist should be familiar with benign and malignant non-germ cell testicular masses for a thorough evaluation of the patient. It is important to be familiar with the evaluation, treatment, and pathologic characteristics of these tumors since the management paradigm can differ from the more common germ cell tumors. This is a presentation of the evolving management of adult non-germ cell tumors of the testis and scrotum.
