The Indo-Pacific region faces escalating challenges at the intersection of climate change, public health, and security. The region is home to over 60% of the global population and contains many low-lying island states that are particularly vulnerable to rising sea levels, severe weather events, and ecological degradation. The impact of climate change on human lives, national economies, and regional stability has been profound, with far-reaching consequences for security structures and governance models across the region.
