Abstract

The GAPDH panel of Figure 3E was erroneously duplicated from the GAPDH panel of Figure 5C. In Supplemental Figure S2, duplicate images were erroneously supplied for the “siCtrl” column of the “Baf (-)” rows of the “Normoxia” and “Hypoxia-reoxygenation” groups. Duplicate images were likewise erroneously provided for the “caspase-1” column of the “Baf (+)” rows of the “Normoxia” and “Hypoxia-reoxygenation” groups in the same figure. Further, the “beclin 1” and GAPDH” panels of Figure 5D have been replaced due to background aberrations identified in the “beclin 1” panel. Corrected versions of these figures featuring replicate data from the original experiments have been appended to this statement.[Formula
