Abstract
The authors regret an error in the published paper. One of the monoclonal antibodies used in the study by Vir et al1, "GMA-8013", was actually the monoclonal antibody GMA-8026, which binds to a different epitope on the factor VIII C2 domain. Both antibodies were purchased from Green Mountain Antibodies, Inc., Burlington, VT, USA, which discovered the labeling error after publication of this paper and notified the authors immediately. Anyone wishing to confirm or repeat experiments described in this paper that reported the use of GMA-8013 should instead use GMA-8026.
