The article, “Substance Use Relapse Among Veterans at Termination of Treatment for Substance Use Disorders,” that published Advance Access on July 17, 2021 contained an error. The author affiliation for the fourth author Beth A. Hawks should be “Department of Preventive Medicine and Biostatistics, Uniformed Services University, Bethesda, MD 20814, USA.”1 The authors regret this error.
