Abstract

The elbow is a complicated joint. The use of injections can narrow the diagnosis and aid with treatment. Proper skills require an accurate appreciation of pathology and an understanding of anatomy. In combination with proper rehabilitation, the cornerstone of musculoskeletal medicine, injections are a powerful tool that can be most helpful.
