Abstract

error resulted in two types of inaccuracies when generating estimates of z-scores: the elimination of one sample that should not have been excluded, and 12 allele miscalls (out of the original 872 alleles). The coding error has been corrected and z-scores have been recalculated, as shown in table S1. The original z-score estimates correlate significantly with the corrected estimates (R = 0.912, P = 1.1 × 10 ). The errors in the original calculations have no impact on the paper’s conclusions, as all findings that were significant in the original publication remain significant in the revised manuscript. All figures and tables have been corrected accordingly, as has the text. The authors thank Mathias Viard for assisting them in making corrections.
