Abstract

Antibody deficiency is a common reason for referral to the allergy and immunology service. However, many clinicians are not aware of common drugs that can lead to secondary hypogammaglobulinemia. This case highlights the differences between primary and secondary hypogammaglobulinemia and the differential for secondary causes, including a table of drugs to reference and consider.
