Abstract
Intestinal malrotation is uncommon in adolescents and adults. Its rarity and its variable manifestations may lead to delays in diagnosis. We report a patient with intermittent duodenal obstruction from incomplete intestinal rotation and failure of duodenal fixation, which was fortuitiously recognized by passage of a small bowel tube.
