N2 - Mid-aortic syndrome remains an uncommon cause of hypertension in the pediatric population. Reported management options include percutaneous intervention, medical management, renal autotransplantation, and bypass of diseased portions of the aorta with prosthetic or autologous conduits. We report a case of a 14-year-old Iraqi female with mid-aortic syndrome, confirmed by both computed tomographic angiography and magnetic resonance angiography. The patient underwent a successful aorto-aortic, aorto-mesenteric, and aorto-birenal artery bypass with a polytetrafluoroethylene graft. Optimal management for this condition is surgical bypass.
