note = "Funding Information: Beginning in 1996 as the Gulf War Illnesses Research Unit, the King{\textquoteright}s Centre for Military Health Research (KCMHR) was formally established in 2003 with funding from the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) as an independent multi-faculty research centre within King{\textquoteright}s College London. Its express aim is to assess the health of the British Armed Forces and veterans.
