Abstract
Subclavian vessel injuries are uncommon and quite difficult to approach and manage. Most are due to penetrating injuries and require rapid surgical interventions, as they usually present in shock with exsanguinating hemorrhage. Their surgical exposure usually requires multiple approaches. Blunt injuries at times can be managed with endovascular techniques.
