Abstract
The book gives an extensive survey of all the aspects of vascular trauma. It is based on the experience gained in the wars in Southeast Asia. The first 10 chapters deal with the general aspects. In each of the last 15 chapters the traumatologic problems of one of the big arteries is described. The book is illustrated with many photographs and x-ray photographs. It ends with an extensive list of references and a useful index.
